Hi there, I saw this company on Face Book and liked the product - Little Colourful Thumbs to keep your cable tidy... I placed an order 3/7/24 and by the 10/7/24 no order rcvd. I emailed them and someone responded 12/7/24 that they will check on my order and revert...and to date no feedback. I have emailed numerous times/tried calling the no available goes straight into voicemail...
I am currently a tenant at Dreyersdal Park, Bergvliet for 5 yrs. The residents that reside in the complex are 20/30 years my senior, thus a few of them struggle with logging calls etc as the response from Communicare is bad. This is just one incident that I would like to note. Last week Thursday evening being 14th Dec a few tenants including myself lost TV connection. For me its OK as I can watch a movie on my cell, however the other residents depend on their TV...Their only enjoyment. So by Saturday 16th Dec, a few ladies came over to ME and asked me to assist. They usually come to me when they have a problem etc, so I assisted in getting in touch with the Property Manager who advised me that they logged a call with the City of CT at 7am. I asked that I be kept updated just so that I can communicate with the ladies...No update. I msg the Property Manager Sunday, called on various days during working hours no response. So I got in touch with the Ward Councillor for this area Carol Bew and she advised that the PARK needs to makes contact with her. I then shared this info with the PM, who then responded, that she is responding to ME during her family time, which I apologized but noted that I tried on various occasions to contact her during working hours but to no avail . I then followed thru with an email the following morning to her Senior who responded quickly and finally the PM made contact with me...Long story short I can go on and on...I absolutely get it that this case was not a priority i.e power outage / water damage as this takes priority, however there was no form of communication. I had advised the PM previously when things like this happens, to send me the communication and I will gladly communicate with whom I should but this does not happen. After we exchanged words I was then kept in the loop regularly, and eventually last nite the matter was addressed of course with the technician coming to ME to show him where the main DB board is etc etc etc....There was an occasion that the PM called on my assistance in getting a Lease Agreement signed, and I willing printed it and took it to their tenant to get it signed and scanned it back. (There were other incidents too). Tenants are moving out of the park due to bad service and the comment that was shared by 1 of my neighbors was "What would we have done if you were not here". So so sad, I am only looking out for their tenants which should be done by Communicare. Thanks
