Terrible service
What disgusting service I received from these people today I searched for fridge repairs on google and got them and they give the option of contacting on whatsapp. My fridge just stopped working and I have no idea what went wrong I then messaged them on whatsapp as we are given that option and the guy was unwilling to help me he asked me questions I had no idea about I told him that I am not sure and he tells me I have to know these things and will not quote me over the phone and proceeds to block me. Instead of assisting me in kindly telling me how I can find out the problem or atleast telling me that they will have to come for an assessment perhaps to quote me.

Faulsy charged
Good day First of all my trip is R118 not R19 as it says on my ride history there is obviously something wrong with this app the distance it is literally impossible for it to be R19... Then the issue at hand I requested via card and it took money from my bank the driver cancelled the trip upon arrival after releasing it was a card not cash... then didn't get refunded my money and I have to wait 14 days as if it's my fault. I need my refund now.
