Excellence Marketing Agency is a ****. I rented a unit in Amberfield Heights Centurion, the unit was not in a good condition but due to my situation then I was desperate for an accommodation, especially as a mother of 3 children. It is with sadness to inform you that Excellence Marketing Agency (Matilda) ensured that we fill the pain of being desperate. I reported water leakages and other things that could lead to serious damage to the property however my cases logged were just brushed off. I eventually moved out of the unit on the 28th of November 2024 (1 year lease ). Excellence Marketing is refusing to give me my deposit, they are telling me that they have identified items that needs to be fixed with my deposit money. Items like water damaged on the walls and others. 2 weeks before I moved out, they did brushed up maintenance for the next victim. They even painted the doors while I was still there, the smell of the paint was horrible and not safe for any living- being. I believe that people will be alerted and they will choose property agents wisely, Excellence Marketing is definitely the worst. I want my deposit money as soon as possible.
I'm very ****ed off with what transpired today. I ordered meals from McDonald's Mall@Reds through Mr Delivery. I didn't receive my order and money was deducted from my account. When I enquired with McDonald's I was told that the driver did collect the meals however they don't know what happened.
It is with sadness to inform you that my matter with Home-Connect hasn't been fully resolved. The services were activated on the 23rd of December, right after I sent the first review. I paid for the month of December and sent them a proof of payment. I then asked them to send me an updated invoice, instead I've been getting invoices that includes January billing, saying I must pay immediately before they suspend my line. Indeed my line has been suspended without any clear explanation. This is so inconveniencing and insane.
Home Connect service level is the worst, I have waiting to be connected to home Wifi for almost 2months now, I am working from home and has been using my data to ensure that I am connected. I have been calling them daily and the response is somehow "scripted" It says "Mam we have escalated the issue and we will give you feedback", guess what? I'm the one who has been making calls to follow up. I want them to reimburse me with all the money I have used to buy data while waiting for them to fix this.
