most horrible experience. could not contact them, call centre managed through AI. tried to ask if I could collect my items from depot as I needed them desperately for a school market day. they refused and promised to deliver by 09:00 on the market day. I agreed and I waited and tried call with no response and the guy arrived at 15:00. on order the dispatch time from Pinetown was 06:20 and I live around Umhlanga. Delivery guy was kind and told me no one had given him any information about the urgency of the delivery. The lady I had spoken to the previous day did not pass message and that they dont answer calls at the office. I refused to sign for delivery because of the humiliation I had suffered. I missed work waiting for this delivery. thanks. note company has no courtesy. its the worst courier company. its called Buffalo international logistics.
They gave me such a horrible service on 23 December. I waited to have my 2 boys have a hair cut after waiting entire day at 14:30 I asked when my son will be done then they told me they only doing their regular customers. After waiting 5 hours. When I queried the guy told me it’s his family business and he said he won’t cut my 5 year old son’s hair. The child had waited with excitement. He didn’t do it. It was done later by one the black employees. I had noticed Indians clients were not queuing, may be they were regulars. People mustn’t treat us like this. A few client gave up and left because of this prejudice
