Lindo from the return division called me to explain everything to me on why it was taking time they are not operating on weekends which l now understand, l would like to thanks Justice Kgabi from the sales division he kept contact with me from day one when l initially made a mistake with my order even now he still keeps in touch with me. He is an asset to the company l hope companies would have sales representative like him
I bought a print toner from them and make a mistake with my order, then quickly called the sales rep from their side to process the exchange. Till this day the return team have not sent any emails regarding the exchange of the toner but with how they are taking time with talking to me l think l will ask for a refund hence l had to close down my business since l am waiting for the toner
Even now no communication from the management of Cash Crusaders in Silverton.Last month on the 27th of November lbought a camera but later found out that it had some issues took it back on the 13th of the following month looking for a refund.And l was told they cant offer me a refund because a camera it's an non appliance products the 7 days guarantee for those products has passed.Mind you l have already did my research and on the back of the receipt it says you have a 6 months warranty.Till to this day l still haven't received my money neither communication from the store.
