Bad customer services
I’ve been having issues with my connectivity, I sent them an email, whatapp and called and still haven’t gotten any feedback. I haven’t been able to work for the past 3 hours the tv is not working cause it relying on the WiFi like this is just said can I be called or sent an email to sibanyoninonhlanhla383@gmail.com

BS bottles
This brand is so horrible, I bought my first kit for my new born last year April via takalot and t the numbering on the bottles disappeared a month later and then I went to dischem and bought some few bottles and still the same thing haibo this is bull**** no more I would never recommend anyone to buy baby bottles

VUMA IS A FAUD
I recently installed Vuma in my household it has been a mess from them coming to install it and it’s been 3 days and I can not connect to the internet I tired calling but they put me on hold for a very long time and even WhatsApp them but still no response It’s been 2 weeks since paid my monthly bill and I can’t connect to it the network

Disappointed
I recently subscribed to Vuma fibre and from Out of nowhere I don’t have signal for two days. I tried calling there’s call centre but they keep me on hold for more than 30 min I really need an answer and to be connected cause I just paid my subscription

Disgusted by steers
I went into Protea Glen Steers to order myself the Mo’Mjomjo burger meal only to see them doing and making the burgers with no gloves or not even using kitchen equipment/ utensils but their own hands and when I asked a cashier by the name of Xoli, she said to me steers headquarters told them not to use gloves but their hands I didn’t see those guys washing their hands This is disgusting and unacceptable

Disappointed in Vuma
I was recently approached by one of the sales guys who work for Vuma and they did my application on the 22nd of Dec 2023 and I paid the R399 via my easy pay with my Capitec account and they figured since it’s was Christmas holiday they will get back to me on Wednesday the 27th but when I tired calling the number 0109003356 I can’t get through an agent and they keep telling me to “ leave a message “ they promised installation within 1/2 days and no communication has been done
