If there was an option to rate them zero, I would. I bought a brand new kia sonet last month from Kia Mobeni. I was attended by Kim and Maggs. From the start, the service was very poor. No communication from them, I had to follow up all the time. I was supposed to go collect the car on 18th of October, and they only alerted me an hour before I had to go collect the car that the car is not at the dealership. They did not even give a sound reason, as they had an entire week to ensure that the car gets to the dealership. I then went to collect the car on the 20th instead. After collection, they said I must give them a week to register the car. I waited 2 weeks with no communication from them. I then reached out, and the said I must first go "introduce" myself at the traffic department, which i have never had of. I did that, then a week later I followed up, AGAIN, and they said I can come get the number plate, but I have to do the disc in Limpopo, "where I come from" as the sales lady said. I told them that is nonsense, as I am now residing in KZN and have proof of address. I went to the dealership on the 11th of November to understand what was going on. And acted as if they were processing my stuff and said they will have it sorted by Friday, the 14th. I, AGAIN, contacted them on Friday, and they just ignored my text and only rep**** on Saturday that the disc is not back, and they said it will be back before the 1st of December. This is nonsense and I told them that. It is a nightmare dealing with them as they hardly ever respond. There is a lot I can write about my experience. At this point I just wanna return the car and go buy from a different dealer, cause they are failing to fulfill the contractual agreement I have with them.
I ordered 5 items, but only received 4. I sent messages and emails with no response. Customer service is soo poor. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
I am very dissatisfied with the zero service from Telkom. If there was a negative rating I would give them. I had a contract (data) with them. When the term came to an end I called to discontinue with the contrat but keep the number. They however canceled my number as well. I called them to reactivate my number. They opened a case and gave me a case number. They never contacted me for over a week until I called them. The agents I got were clueless on what they were talking about. About 2 weeks later, I called AGAIN and the agent said the case was closed but did not give me any resolution. At this point I am very mad, I WILL NEVER USE TELKOM EVER AGAIN.
