STAY AWAY FROM 1LIFE!!!!!!!

After paying a life policy for 17 years, the policy keep changing from life cover to accidental death cover. We asked multiple times to have this corrected. I have married for 11 years and also aksed multiple times to have my profile updated and still when we call it is not correct on their system. They sold me an additional policy by promising false benefits and when I ask for the recording to this day I have not recieved it. I insisted that the policy be stopped immediately. Then I still receive a sms of the amount that is going to deducted, when I phoned them about it they say all my policies was canceled after asking that only the new false policy be cancelled . We have been struggling for 2 months now to get all this sorted out and phone them week getting only the more confussion about the policy and personal details. We are not even trying to claim anything just want confirm the policy details and update my profile.... After reading reviews there are more then a 1000 complaints of them not paying out policies.. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM 1LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
