Again I have experienced that when Checkers has specials at the tills are not registering the discount prices as that provided on the shelves. It is a total pain to check the prices all the time otherwise as a consumer you are overcharged. Managers at Checkers stores must ensure that the prices at the tills agrees with the prices on the shelves. The matter becomes a laborious issue when you have to engage with the teller at the till to ensure that the discounts are included. Otherwise, what is the pint of the discounts anyway, other than just to attract customers and then ROB them at the tills. As it is groceries in general are very expensive to the poor and middle class alike. Checkers store managers, please get your act together.
I have with Standard Bank more than thirty years. On 25 September I was de*****ed by their so called ***** department of R69 551. Ironically, ***** case was opened where I was required to also get an affidavit from the police on the matter. The information and additional proof of the ***** was then handed to Standard Bank ***** deparent for investigation and I was informed thT it will take four weeks to resolve. It has now been more than three months and I have not heard from Standard Bank regarding my money, other than automated response stating thT the case is still being investigated. And thus far no news from the money that I was de*****ed by. I feel that the matter should have been resolved by now and that my money would have been received. Furthermore, I also know that banks have a liability insurance to be able to claim for such incidents. From a disgruntled customer.
I ordered Rump Steak and I was served Silion. Don't they think the client know the difference. That was bad. I know the difference between the steaks and Sirlion is much cheaper. I was not impressed.
