I am writing to express the frustration I have against makro I purchased a gift for christmas which never came on. I logged a return and it's been weeks and they haven't collect the item MAK8706895 They are useless even the call centre is useless. You are robbing customers how dare url take our money but supply a broken item. I want feedback otherwise further action will be taken
I recently took out a contract with a playstation 5 add on. this package came with a 24 month deluxe voucher for 24 months. The contract was taken out in November to date I have not received any information regarding the voucher code and how will it be redeemed. The store vodacom gateway don't even know how the code is provided. This is very poor service and to be putting the blame on Digital planet is nonsense. If you have a partnership or they are the supplier you don't play the blame game Vodacom needs to take accountability If you are selling the deal you should know what you are sell and how the vouchers are received. The customer should not be running around and phoning the call centre. Vodacom is failing their customers. I would like to be contacted by vodacom and my issue to resolved. This query will be directed to the Ceo office if not resolved.I have been with vodacom for long enough and I will not tolerate this!!End of the day vodacom is very quick to take their money but refuse to service their customers. Pathetic services being such a big company.
Nurture ilembe ballito Most disgusting facility I have ever come across. No feedback on patient progress. No process in terms of Discharge......patient was discharged with the drip attachment still on and given a packet with medication with no indication on what needs to be done. Docters do not return your calls. They feed patients and don't help them clean themselves. Even leave patients with food still in the mouth and let them sleep with no caution of patient choking. I will be taking this further COMPLAINTS WILL BE SENT TO DISCOVERY AND NUTURE MANAGEMENT.
