What is happening with Rain network today? Nothing is connecting and we're very frustrated.
Rain is a headache. I recently had an issue with you just 2 weeks ago deducting on the wrong date. You arranged for the 2nd of this month and was paid. Just now when I get home our services are off because of some month that was not paid! How come was it not paid but on my account its reflecting and worse on our last communication the only outstanding amount was R845 plus. Where does this amount comes from. I've had enough bad experience and headache with you. It has to stop! Please cancel the services it's enough!
Rain never fails to disappoint! How many times must I tell you that the 25th is not my debit date it's the 1st! Am sick and tired of this nonsense.
My network has been disconnected. Someone changed my deduction date to the 25th again. What is wrong with this company!? so inconveniencing... reconnect my services asap am so tired of this now.
I am fed up with Rain, I had the same network and wrong bill date issue with Rain last month and again this month. Now we don't have network! What is happening with Rain seriously...
I am so tired of this Rain network company now! Firstly they don't have a line to call so that we can directly communicate our issue. They only have a ticket on their app and they don't respond after sending queries. My major issue with Rain is the debit amount... I don't know where they get this from. I requested for one of my packages' limit to be reduced to 0 as on the app it reduces to 1 gig. Even though this has been reduced to 1 gig and was not used, am still charged R995! Instead of R785. I sent several tickets regarding this issue and I want my money back. Today you just decided to block our network even though we've communicated several times with you that the debits should be the 1st of each month since you don't have my salary date option. I can't even change this on the app. You are ridiculously charging money that we don't know of. Do you really check on how much gigs used or not after a limit has been reached or you just guess? So unprofessional and this is causing a lot of inconvenience for us who wants to do work at home. Nonsense.
I am incredibly frustrated and filled with anger. I approached Nissan Pinetown with my insurance to replace a car and requested for a pro2x warrior grey. However, when they invoiced the insurance, it was for the wrong color, and we only discovered this when the insurance called for a new policy on a different replacement. Despite already paying the dealership last week, the salesman sold my desired warrior grey to another customer to meet January sales targets. It's appalling and ********* to switch colors without consulting me, especially to a white Pro2X, which I did not want. When both my insurance and I requested a refund since they no longer had or could find the car of my choice, the manager assured us that everything was sent to their office and would be signed promptly for the insurance refund. However, it's now Friday and the dealership is refusing to refund the money, playing games instead. It's clear they have no regard for the challenges my family is faced in securing a replacement car. Despite finding a new car with the insurance somewhere else, the Pinetown manager and salesman have yet to issue the refund, causing further delays in picking up the new vehicle. This is so unprofessional and ********* since the manager made it clear that they can't find any pro2x from anywhere in the country and they'll refund. When it's time for a refund it's another story. We can't move on now because of this manager and salesman. This is *****.
