VOIP NEVER WORKED. Sold wrong solution. CEO maade false promises. REFUND never materialised
terrible service. engaged them to do our VOIP services. Services never worked. was "sold" the wrong solution and then advised to upgrade. Was promised a refund which never materialised. Documented all of this. Would caution as this is not an inhouse service and they CLEARLY are not experienced in this avenue. In our business network more than one of us had issues. Due to your incorrect and non factual response, I include the images of our whatsapp and email correspondence whereby you admit fault, and also that a refund will be processed since the system did not work. That refund never materialised ddepite your email and whatsapp assurances and you left the Business networking chapter where you could be held accountable. Your 4th move between chapters. Have all of this documented on whatsapp and emails to myself and our Business network

DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Dont deserve 1 Star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Poaid for an order prior to order being made. Order could nto be compelted in timeframe and have been waiting for a refund. Praveen Naidoo the MD Director and owner does not takle calls, does not return messages or emails. Mildred Phuthi the Financial manager ignores all communications . Have left messages emails and calls to gt a refund. They go unanswered.

EXPRESS Print Rivonia (BEWARE!!!!)
Absaolutely diabolicakl service from Stan and Michelle. Frstly he asked for payment for a job after telling me his service is the best... I will loads pics of the quality of the Inaccurate branding that they did 300m of. I paid a premium for them to get it out. I will aqttach my nvoice and payments . They were paid in full prior to the job. I was told i could collect on saturday and I collected Monday. The prints are half on one side of the ribbon and then wrong sizing. big gaps left in it. I whatsapp teh owner as per their website details for whatsapp and calls and called thw owner. He said he knew his guys mad made a mistake and i was to rebuy anotehr 300m of ribbon and they would reprint. Not without him swearing at me. I also scren shotted me asking him not to swear as he just talks over you.l He then put his "lady Michelle on" it who just doesnt listen. I sent the images she asked for I sent measurements . i let her have a conversation with my staff member and yet she couldnt get it. This morning she phoned me and said she was asked for an update? from me? Yesterday i redelviered 300m ribbon via Uber and teh Uber said they wouldnt accept it or take the ribbon for ewhich ui paid to be delivered and today phone and ask wehre is the ribbon? when i phone Stan he tells me he blocked my messages (great customer service from the supposed owner) and to deal with Michelle. Every time I call she is on lunch or cant take a call and someone else was left holding the can... Now stan tells me Im a piece of **** , i can f** ck off and when i told him he threatened to go to my client directyl. Thankfully my client has seen the quality of his work but I wouldnt receommend any BTB use him. He is a man with no respect for women or business.

Asks for money and never provides the goods
This is now the third occasion I have had issues with Strom creations. She constantly demands money up front and then cannot produce the goods. I have ordered sublimation printing , paid in full upfront and then she does not produce and uses multiple excuses. The last time she refused to refund me saying I had to wait even though it was after my clients deadline. The first time she blamed her sister and her mother even though I had a voice recording from them verifying she was lying and though I have tried to help again by sending her business she **** again by saying she had subbed the work out to someone else who also conveniently had machine breakdown on the day they were supposed to actually have the goods ready for collection. Now doesnt have money to refund me because she has used it.
