I have always had good experience with Enlighten. However, there was a time when we were redeeming vouchers and not getting them or getting used vouchers and nobody was responding to enquiries. Now I have the exact same problem with their referral site, Switched On. Just like others here, I joined Switched-On some time back. Although I have managed to redeem vouchers, I had an issue with using the takealot vouchers. It kept coming up with an error on their site. I sent a query through the website at the end of March and still no response has been received from Switched-On from that channel. I was waiting on this problem to be resolved before redeeming more vouchers. I figured there's no point in sitting with more vouchers I cannot use but nobody was assisting. Now I have the same issue that without warning my points have expired. Sent an email this time enquiring about the points expiry at the beginning of this June about this being unfair. They do not communicate and the expiry information on the website is not accurate as I checked this frequently. Anyone able to assist with returning my points? I did get assistance via Freejoy but this was only in terms of the takealot voucher. Others are complaining as well so I am definitely not alone. https://www.hellopeter.com/columinate-ta-switchonit

terrible service. engaged them to do our VOIP services. Services never worked. was "sold" the wrong solution and then advised to upgrade. Was promised a refund which never materialised. Documented all of this. Would caution as this is not an inhouse service and they CLEARLY are not experienced in this avenue. In our business network more than one of us had issues. Due to your incorrect and non factual response, I include the images of our whatsapp and email correspondence whereby you admit fault, and also that a refund will be processed since the system did not work. That refund never materialised ddepite your email and whatsapp assurances and you left the Business networking chapter where you could be held accountable. Your 4th move between chapters. Have all of this documented on whatsapp and emails to myself and our Business network

Hi, I joined enlighten and was referred to its partner site SwitchedOn. I have done numerous surveys and communities with Switched On Rewards, Although points get allocated to my account, I have struggled to redeem rewards. When I click on checkout nothing happens. I have reported this problem through the platform many times but cannot reach anyone. Emails come back undelivered and tickets never appear to get logged. Now I checked my account and unspent points have been deducted. Looks like a scam to me even though I have not had any issues with Enlighten Panel and they are always reliable but SwitchedOn is not responding. Could someone please assist me to refund my points and redeem vouchers? A person by the name of Freejoy contacted me to assist resolve this but again nothing has been done and I still sit with the problem.
