Hi,

I joined enlighten and was referred to its partner site SwitchedOn. I have done numerous surveys and communities with Switched On Rewards, Although points get allocated to my account, I have struggled to redeem rewards. When I click on checkout nothing happens. I have reported this problem through the platform many times but cannot reach anyone. Emails come back undelivered and tickets never appear to get logged. Now I checked my account and unspent points have been deducted. Looks like a scam to me even though I have not had any issues with Enlighten Panel and they are always reliable but SwitchedOn is not responding. Could someone please assist me to refund my points and redeem vouchers? A person by the name of Freejoy contacted me to assist resolve this but again nothing has been done and I still sit with the problem.
