Documented all of this. Would caution as this is not an inhouse service and they CLEARLY are not experienced in this avenue. In our business network more than one of us had issues. Due to your incorrect and non factual response, I include the images of our whatsapp and email correspondence whereby you admit fault, and also that a refund will be processed since the system did not work. That refund never materialised ddepite your email and whatsapp assurances and you left the Business networking chapter where you could be held accountable. Your 4th move between chapters.
