NRE in Bloemfontein is incredibly frustrating, especially when renting at Qalo Village. I hardly know where to begin, but I have paid a significant amount to this agency, including their administrative fees, deposit, and costs associated with extending notices, etc. My notice ended on December 31, 2025. To this day, I am still waiting for my refund. What makes it worse is that I left the property in excellent condition, completed the exit inspection report with the caretaker, only to be informed that maintenance was performed on items that were not included in that report from the start of my lease until the day I vacated. The items they claim to have repaired were not mentioned in the outgoing inspection, and instead of receiving the money they owe me, I am forced to fight for it and told that I have no option but to accept it as is. This is ********. The worst part is that I am not the only one experiencing this; I certainly won't be the last. Last week, Lucky told me to wait seven days for my payment. Today marks the seventh day, and when I inquired, I was informed that the EFT is processed according to schedules, and mine has not yet been completed but will be prioritized. Despite this, I know it will not be the full amount owed to me due to unknown deductions that I cannot account for and should not have to. I am extremely dissatisfied and want my money without any unnecessary deductions.
KFC GOLDFIELDS MALL THE WORST PLACE TO LITERALLY GET FOOD FROM ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT , THE ARE IN THE CENTER OF CLUBS ETC YET EVERYTIME WE GO AND BUY FOOD THERES EITHER NO MEAT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 30 + MINUTES WHILE WE ALREADY WAITED ON THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR 45MINUTES PLUS. FACT THAT THE DRIVE THROUGH SELF IS NOT SAFE AND YOU WIL FIND AT TIMES THE STAFF IS LESS OR THERES NO FOOD WORSE WITH THEIR BAD SERVICE PLEASE HELP US IN WELKOM CAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS A PROBLEM
