Where do i start? Purchasing of the car...... After a very difficult sales process with the Salesman (Bantu), i was told the car i bought is not yet ready for delivery. A week later, upon escalating, a courtesy car was provided. Well, i paid insurance for the car that was not in our possession plus the courtesy car. Insane! Few weeks later a swap was done. This was in September of 2025. It appears registration of the car was not completed. Disc expired end of December. Upon follow up, Salesman was clueless of what was going on. No feedback. After many follow ups i was told the car needs roadworthy test. I organised same (and paid for out of my pocket). Many more follow ups to sort out the issue. Finally i was told there are outstandign cars i need to licence. This was done promptly. On a Friday, our Client up in arms as a result of an unlicenced vehicle i reached out to Branch Manager who advised that i get the licensing done. Drove to Lyttelton (Centurion) post office. No luck. This process gets done at a licencing office only, apparently. No one to help me understand where this licencing was done. By the time i got to the right place, they were closing and i didnt have all the required documents. Finally i got the licence disc on Monday 2 Feb 2026, after waiting 3hrs on the que. Remind me again, why did i pay for Licence and Registration on the invoice?
After two months of waiting for a settlement of a written off car. After a call from a Regional Manager to intervene. After providing the latest settlemt letter. After being told the process will take another 2-3 business days. Upon follow up, I am told the person responsible for the account was booked off and the settlement has expired and I must get another settlement letter. I fail to understand how a straight forward claim could take two months to settle? How is it that when one person is not at work, the claims process comes to a stand still? I have lost over R30k in revenue as a result of this complete incompetence! Appalling!!!!
An insured car was involved in an accident on 13 December 2025. Car was towed to MiWay prefered yard. All required info provided. Back and forth for over 6 weeks. As of 28 January, car is still not settled. Despite informing the insurer that the company is losing on average R650 per day for everyday that passes bgy without replacing this car, no urgency shown
Des****ancies between the Dekra Report and Vehicle wasting my time and money. No interest in rectifying the situation by the Manager
I bought a VW Polo TSI from the Silverlakes Branch some 40+ days ago (End November 2023). I bought the car for business since December is out peak month. Only ONE defect disclosed on the DEKRA report i.e. window switch faulty. Upon driving out after collection, car lost power and wouldn't drive higher than 10km/hr. Sales person notified immediately. No response. Head office called to help with a resolution process. It was noted that it takes 48hrs to resolve the matter. It's now 40 days. Countless calls to the call center yielding no results. The 12 times I've been told I'll be called back, only once did it happen. I've had to take this car to numerous workshops at your instruction ti get quotes to FIX. These have been shared and no help still. Today alone I've been on a call 5 times. No help. I have in the process lost over 20k of guaranteed December revenue. I've incurred interest on the "loan" taken to purchase the car. I do not have a car. What should one do to get help? Ref: 49312
