I am disappointed with their service, We paid a deposit of R5000 on the 20 August 2025 and on the 25th of August we tried to get a hold of them to cancel the booking due to personal reasons. We couldn't get a hold of Cobus the owner after multiple attempts we finally got through to him on the 28th of August, he advised that he would process the payment as soon as possible. A few months went by with no communication from Cobus and when we contacted him he advised he wasn't getting any business and would send through the funds as soon as possible. This story lasted for a further 5 months, he completely ignored our texts and calls, we persisted and he agreed to pay half then pay the rest month end of January 2025. We contacted him month end with no luck, we contacted his business partner who advised that he would try get a hold of him for us. He got back to us to let us know that we would not be getting our balance back as Cobus lost a function because of our cancelled booking. It feels as though we were ****med, R2500 is not childs play and we demand a refund as there was nothing stipulated in writing that we would not receive our full refund, Cobus has turned out to be a Tsotsi and cannot be trusted, he cant even communicate to his clients. Absolutely horrible experience!
Ordered on the 18th of December and its the 9th of January and i still haven’t received my package, They do not communicate with clients effectively .Their service is unacceptable. Its giving ****.
