I placed an online order with Makro online on the 2nd of March and order was confirmed for delivery on the 4th i received an email and text letting me know that order was collected by wumdrop couriers for delivery, received another communication that it was in the way then shortly after they said order delivery failed.no reason given i have bern calling makro they transferred me to couriers ,couriers said the order is at makro was never handed to couriers so basically now I'm being sent from pillar to post
We received gift vouchers from our company I collected mine on the 5th of January 2023 and an email was sent by our office manager to Mitchelle to activate the card and nothing ,I followed up on Monday and they were told by Tuesday morning by Tuesday afternoon I decided to follow up myself founde their number was sent from pillar to post until I spoke to Mitchelle who was very unfriendly and chicky told me the company only opened on from leave on Monday and they are still busy with the loading and I told her but you said the cards would be loaded by Tuesday morning and you have not communicated otherwise She didn't respond asked her when the card would be loaded she said Wednesday morning it is 10h30 am on Wednesday card is still not loaded .The office manager and the planning committee leader have emailed many times and many of my colleagues are also experiencing the same issues .I'm appalled it is January and we have reasons to only decide to take the cards now instead of December. Mitchelle's attitude has left such a bad taste in my mouth
