Horrible treatment from nursary staff to first time mothers!!
Horrible nursary staff, they made my experience as a first time mom horrible the nurse who was showing me how to bathe the baby was rude and impatient with me bear in mind I delivered via c section and don't have experience as a mother or bathing a baby her surname is Tshabalala didn't get her first name was working day shift on the 10the Jan 2024. No 2 the very same nurse instructed me and my partner to go to home affairs to verify fingerprints and we can leave the baby at the nursery in the meantime I asked her twice if it was OK she said yes as we were out we get a call from her colleague Hlengiwe asking why we left the baby at the nursary we told her that nurse Tshabalala said we can, and Hlengiwe proceeded with being rude and making me look like an irresponsible mother whereas I was just following instructions from her colleague. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with the hospital?!!!
