Disgusting, I dont even have any words other than close shops because clearly you dont know what you doing
My people please don't go to this company for your tombstones needs, they are contracted by 1Life to make 2 for me for my parents, since last year March to date, I'm still waiting with no word or phone call or email explaining this long unnecessary delay.

Nobody called me from 1life after my complaint which then tells me that you dont follow up these complaints with the companies you outsource, which clearly means you don't care.
I have been waiting for my parents' tombstones since last year June from a company under life called Metgran. I enquired, called and email to which I was told my order was prioritized, it's been 7 months now and still no word. Bear in mind that these are not even complete tombstones but 2 heads only, and that apparently has and seemingly will take these guys a full year to do, I'm appalled and disgusted. I'm in the process of cancelling the policy I have with 1 life, thanks for nothing...
