Please don't use this establishment at all its filthy the rooms are a horror to begin with. it all began on us booking a 3 nights accommodation which was supposed to be a 4 sleeper only to be given two different small cottage that doesn't have proper toilet, the shower was a disaster topping it all was the bed in which the pillows were greasy/oily very dirty with no working supposedly called microwave,the water cooler was an empty bottle that has green stuff already in it.my goodness i wouldn't advise any of my clients ever to book that place. we spoke to a very rude owner Mr Van rooyen who didn't want to cancel our reservation so we can get our refund but refused. i have lodged a complaint with bookings.com still i see they not doing anything about that place its on their website

Magnificent loyalty service
my consultant is giving me good service,so far i communicate with her on whats app and calls anytime,that alone simplify my reservations to be easy.at Pretoria east 2 branch Pearl shes very punctual or Alusha at head office i am very grateful to have my classic card hotel stay they are the best loyalty thus far.
