I reported different cases from America on my account. I explained to then that I am in America and can be contacted through WhatsApp or email. My cases are closed without any commuciation, after how many emails still nothing. How can I then trust Capitec with my money if I am in America if they do not want to assist me all, just because they cannot get hold of me over the phone. I am moving my bank account to a bank that care about they customers if they are not in SA.
Recently I was contacted by a person named Reba Jennings saying she's from Indeed and they are looking for part time employees . Do reviews to get paid up to R1000 and then R2500 daily. As it turned out this company is running a ****. Saying they will pay people to give 5star review to hotels and restaurants. I have got messages from the number +60 18-977 3502, then Lminathi, Fahim and Ella. They want you to follow tasks and then pay huge amounts of money to different accounts. The reason I'm giving indeed a bad review is because this company has said they work with them. Please be aware of these people, they are rude if you do not want to pay.
It is bad. I cannot even complain due to no service. I bought a laptop set. The computer worked for 2 weeks and then it did not want to charge. I phones them and they come and pick it up. It was in November 2023. It is the 15th January and they respond back via email... "it has been escalated ' and still no laptop. I phone so many times and no supervisor come back to me. Excuse after excuse. I am done with HC. Fast to take your money but no service after that.
