I have placed my order on the 6th of September. Today is 19 November and still nothing received. Order amount was over R900. I have left numerous messages via whatsapp, just to be blocked and on their website, with no response from them. How can people do this to other people? You spend your hard earned money on a small local business, just to be be ****med. This is so dissappointing. Please people, do not support this company.
I thought I needed to cancel my policy, but received proper help and assistance in order to keep the policy active. I am so grateful.
Most pathetic service ever! Have been a Vodacom customer for years and this is my second time that I have to go to the extreme, for solutions. Upgraded one of my numbers in October 2023. Was still billed for the old handset, that has been paid in full in December 2023. Requested the credit notes for January and February billing, and still nothing, this after the consultant told me the dispute will take between 7-14 days... We are in MAY already, and till today, no one contacted me in this regard. I simply refuse to keep calling to get this sorted, it is NOT MY JOB. Furthermore, they simply refuse to give you the contact number for the accounts department.

Most pathetic service ever! Have been a Vodacom customer for more than 12 years and this is my first time that I have to go to the extreme, for solutions. Upgraded one of my numbers in May 2023. Was still billed for the old handset, that has been paid in full. Eventually received the credit notes, and well well to my surprise.... DEVICE RELEASE INVOICE for the old handset in December was received. Numerous calls has been made to Vodacom and problem still not solved after nearly 8 months later. Furthermore, they simply refuse to give you the contact number for the accounts department. ****** ridiculous!!
