Top customer service!
We had an incredible evening at Calistos Sun City with our kids. Limakatso, our waitress, provided exceptional 5-star customer service throughout the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the dessert was amazing! Will most definitely return, highly recommended!

Disappointing Experience - won't return!
My family and I had high hopes for our December holiday visit to Sun City, A stop at Hard Rock Cafe within the Casino at Sun City was a must for me after previously enjoying their Florida branch. Unfortunately, this branch fell far short of our expectations. The customer service was terrible, and it seemed like there was no manager on duty. From our order to the wait for our food, everything went wrong, and we had to endure lengthy delays, especially with our small children. Regrettably, we won't be returning to this branch.

A Positive Car Rental Experience
I must say that our overall experience was quite positive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and some delightful humor, which immediately put my family and me at ease. This friendly reception was a definite thumbs up in my book. We had made our booking online before our arrival, and I was pleased to find that the process of accessing and finalising the reservation upon arrival was straightforward and hassle-free. The only minor hiccup was that the wait time could have been a bit shorter, but it was not a significant issue. The highlight of our experience with this car rental company was undoubtedly their customer service and the brand new car we got for the 5 days (had like 500km on it) The staff was patient and attentive, taking the time to explain and provide advice on any questions we had. Their willingness to assist and ensure our needs were met was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this car rental company. The only reason I'm not giving them a perfect 5-star rating is the slight delay in customer service. Nevertheless, their friendly and helpful approach made our trip all the more enjoyable, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again in the future. Keep up the good work!
