I reported a faulty street light on 11 April 2024 and to date - despite numerous calls, it's still not sorted. They've been fixing it for the last 10 years and now suddenly it's Eskom's fault and Eskom says it's the City of Cape Town's responsibility. Ity would have been nice of CoCT to actually get back to me but they never did because apparently they don't have our contact details on file.
Disgraceful! I have internet banking that I can't access because their software says "Can't see your face" when you have to take a selfie. It takes forever (using their instructions) take the selfie and the one time it did take my session expired. It's terrible that you have to struggle like this. And no, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my phone's camera.

They are nothing more than a bunch of scamsters.
I ordered a book on 1 June 2015 and it was meant to arrive by 2 July 2015. When no book was forthcoming I contacted Takealot to find out what's going on only to find out that for some or other reason it was never ordered! <br> <br> Not long after I had to call so advise me that the book should be at the warehouse on 17 July 2015 - that date also came and went. <br> <br> On 21 July 2015 I emailed and had no feedback. <br> <br> On 23 July I phoned and was told to hang on - no one came back to me.<br> <br> On 24 July 2014 I phoned...and I'm still waiting for feedback. I sent another email, hmmm still no feedback? <br> <br>
