Steers Promenade mall *******.
At Steers Promenade mall today. I bought 3x R39.99 burger and R59.99 Chicken burger. A white Xhosa speaking as same as myself tried to be smart/clever. I saw them with her colleague laughing and they thought that I don't see them. When I arrived at home we noticed that 1 chicken burger with its chips is not included on package. I gave them a call, and this lady Rob me on money as well, she deducted R319.40, for a round off R40 x 3 = R120 and R60 x 3 = R180, I'm told her the total cost should be R300 or less, she said I don't know how to calculate. They didn't give me slip, and she wanted back the slip with order number... People at Steers Promenade should be careful, this lady is making business there, she want your food to sell or eat and she want to rob your money. Thank you.

Pour service at khayelitsha hospital
My Kid is been there for whole week, for a boil, the 6 month Baby is been attended for blood, I think on that day of arrival then they promised an ultrasound check to be done on day 2 (next day), until now that never happened and attendeding Doctor never came to my Baby again. Other parents and Kids where there also complaining but they don't know where and how to raise their complaints, they have been there from last week. From the time I had received a call when I was at work, I had made means to go and see and observe my Baby, all securities that where there hold me and prevented me to go to my Baby. Everything there is not online. It's not the first time I had experienced a lot on that KHD hospital in different patients and even during the Babies birth, including time I tooked my Sisters to that hospital, I wish government can visit, in private and see all the nature of KHD hospital. Thank you.

Regretful of purchasing a vehicle at we buy cars
in 15 June 2023, I bought a Opel mokka x 1.4 auto at we buy cars, salesman Charlton said everything was done on the car, including service and the roadworth, and the vehicle was approved... I drove it from we buy cars Richmond store to house, then I drove it in weekends for 3-5km distance after (date) weeks, in July the vehicle shows exclamation mark with message: exchange engine oil, as well as everyday tire low pressure, one day I drove to Brackenfell it was cold weather conditions but the car engine overheated and the car was wet with oil all over the front boot.... I spoke to Salesman Charlton about these and he said I must take it by myself to one of the RMI approved workshop, one day I took it to one of RMI approved workshop, then they discovered that the vehicle was never been service. I tried to communicate with Charlton (salesman), he didn't pick up my calls, didn't answer my messages, I went to the store at we buy cars Richmond he was no where to be found, he hides himself, and the other day I went there I wanted to talk to his manager Michael Holloway, his manager check on PC for this vehicle and he saw the problems and faults that the car was sold to them with. He said he will call me and he never call and I tried to get hold of him. This manager I sent him some emails he never rep**** to my email messages. early December the car in the middle of R27 at night broken down, and never started again, up until now I'm paying for what is not worth for me and my Kids.
