Issues with payments
They don't pay on time... am worried we might not get our pension when retirement comes, I requested my money from 2 pot and according to them their turnaround time is 7 to 14 days. I have been waiting for more the 14 days when I call they always tell me about system error.1 reply

Unhappy with service given when phoning them
I bought voucher I tried to load it kept saying invalid when I call them they said it will be loaded manually within 24 hours when 24 hours finish and I call to do a follow up the keep telling me that they have escalated the matter to relevant department if not that they will say it will be loaded manually within 24 hour which means every time when I call I am renewing my 24 hours waiting time. I feel like in there, there is department or individuals who doesn't do their job2 replies

They took more time period to proccess my third party claim, they said they will take not more than 60 working days to finalise everything but untill now the still saying that they are waitting for management outhorization, for the past 2 months they are
