Debit hold
This is still the worst bank ever!! Why can't we atleast have a branch for walk ins? I have a debit hold on my account since the 18th of January, submitted the required documents tried calling for follow up by my calls ain't getting answered. This is frustrating, sent countless emails; still no answer regarding the process of my case.

Debit on hold
*** service!! I honestly regret ever opening an account with this bank. My account has a debit on hold and i cannot even access my money. I've tried countless times to reach the contact service but no help was given to me. I don't even know which unhappy customer actually reported my account because i am selling clothes and the way people are bitter, they are capable of reporting accounts even after receiving their goods in attempts to get their refunds. This has caused a huge disruption to my life.

Debit on hold
Tyme bank is such a ****ty bank!! I woke up today and my account had a debit hold. As we are in the business of selling and transfering funds, we do receive money from clients through bank transfers and it's so hard not knowing which client was bitter and unhappy to end up reporting my bank account. Now my account is blocked. I tried to reach out the contact centre but all i got was a run around taken up and down. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone because you'll end up being stranded yet you have fees in your bank. Customers are jealous some even want a refund even after receiving their goods, it's such a shame that our bank accounts suffers instead
