I should have read the reviews before purchasing😡😡
If you do not follow up, best believe you will be left in the dark. What a horrible online experience, the item was available on the site only to be informed past expected delivery date that there is no longer stock availability. This is after numerous calls and emails to them with regards to the order.

I purchased my home appliances here about 2 weeks ago. The promos and specials are cool and products value for money. They delivered within the timeframe provided and the communication was pretty solid too. I will definitely be buying again. A definite recommendation.

My journey with The Wig Factory
I'm on my fifth wig purchase at The Wig factory in a space of 3 months. Their customer service is exceptional, from the moment you place an order to delivery, they check in. The quality of hair is also great. After placing my order I asked for them to customize the wig for me as the option had not been there when placing the order which they did without an extra fee. They run amazing specials and promotions making it affordable for you to land your dream wig. I love them and my hair. A definite 5 star rating and recommendation. Much love and appreciation to Roxanne for her great customer service.
