Teneo support is effective and quick
Teneo support is effective and quick. One can get quite confused but I have found that their help desk is ready to assist

Oil sump nuts not tightened.. Shoddy service work
My daughter had her car serviced a week ago. She ended up stranded on the side of the road as they had not tightened the oil sump nuts after replacing the oil and the engine oil leaked on her way to where we live, 200km away, to nothing. This shoddy work potentially put my daughter, a university student, in harms way and potentially resulted in major damage to the engine.. We are taking this further as damage to the pistons is yet to be determined. The mechanic we used to help us resolve this emergency, was appalled at how these guys left the engine after a service as well as ignoring basic service requirements such as checking, cleaning or replacing air filters for example.

Not good at all teneo, lift your game if you call yourself #1
I received an email for my daughter's login details. They had left out a very important piece of information about the new login. That it required a new Google account. I spent half a day trying to get help, but figured it out through another student who did. Only a day later they sent an email filling in the gap.. How many other frustrated and anxious parents and students I wonder. Their zoom online assistance kept me waiting for about 3 hours trying to resolve, then just kicked me out. Calls were as futile with same result. WhatsApp is some AI called Emma who sends you on a destiny to a website that makes groundhog day feel exciting. Now I'm dealing with accounts after being "forced" to pay a registration fee that is not necessary as my daughter is in her 4th year at teneo. And I get responses from the help desk, many days after.. Sadly my daughter is locked into the system and I cannot disrupt her studies in grade 11..but a word for those looking to apply, don't. I joined the one orientation zoom. I have never been so uninspired by people who seemed to be robots themselves.. Sorry teneo.. Great idea.. Bad implantation as you call yourself number 1..
