my second approach to you, after struggling even worse than originally with DHL Couriers. Couldn't make them understand I wasn't complaining about Med Package they said they'd left at my home but hadn't, but the 3 week run around I had from DHL to various Post Offices, where I myself rescued it from a remote P.O. ...It was all the wrong info given me that had me Taxi-ing at big expense to do their work. Now their Insurers had me fill out an affiliate ( 7 times unsuccessfully) They had ALL my personal details but their system would just not accept my handwritten signature & would proceed no further., The sum of R188 for this 90 yr old plus the extreme aggravation over 3 weeks has become unbearable.,...LW492472353DE DHL's Ref No. 2nd approach to you Peter as horror story becomes worse.
For Ellen please.Cant locate Financial U sent me, didn't complete & send you because Bank warned me Never to divulge CCV No. if U resend I'll fill in everything else hoping it will be sufficient for DHL to reimburse me. Thankyou 4 your help so far.
Was told by DHL Couriers Medical package from USA had been delivered to my home address, it had not. After Many calls to DHL was told it was at Main PMBurg P.O, after 20 min wait at this difficult to park place for a 90 yrs old, it wasn't there..... Got on to P.O. Main enquiry ppl, told it was in remote minor P,O.: Willowton P.O. After half hour wait outside locked door as single staff member in back retrieving someone else's package, had to pay P.O. Fee R36. ...So total cost for Free delivery as paid already in USA, was 2 Taxi fares to P.O's R38 X 2: R76+R36 P.O. fee, R112 in all as DHL wouldn't pick up my wrongly delivered Meds. Their lack of concern was so rude causing me so much run around on giving me incorrect info from beginning to end & their refusal to get from P.O. & on to me, 2 weeks of frustration.
