ABSOLUTE ANGUISH
********S! We accepted a fair quote, with promises to deliver our goods on 01 Nov. After many excuses, additional costs for alt accommodation, only half our property arrived on 06 Nov. Again, endless delays with the 2nd delivery, and then, on 12 Nov, they demanded an additional R7k be paid before the rest of our furniture are delivered. ******ion! We refused, because we did not owe them any more money. Went to police for assistance, but to no avail, claiming it is not theft/******ion, but a payment dispute. Trying to resolve it with them is utter anguish! Very rude and unprofessional. Kim put the phone down in my ear 4 times! when I inquired as to what the extra money is for, threatening that we will also have to pay R350 pd for our goods which was now in storage. In the end we had to pay the R7k, just to find out that they will not deliver - we had to go get our stuff ourselves!! And, after arranging a time to meet someone there to open, they made us wait almost 4 hours! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. LET ME SPARE YOU THIS TRAUMA. LET ME ASSURE YOU THAT THESE GUYS ARE SHREWD ********S WHO FOUND A WAY TO ***** WITHOUT BEING PERSECUTED/PROSECUTED. Our furniture arrived mishandled and terribly damaged! There are many things broken and missing, and we paid a lot of money to these evil people. NONE OF WHAT THEY PROMISED AS A SALES PITCH EVER REALIZED. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

Avoid!
Terrible waiting periods!! VERY expensive! Absolutely aweful! Will not recommend taking your pet(s) there
