Telephonic enquiry to buy tires not responded to.
Tiger Wheel and Tyre The Glen Called yesterday morning for price and stock availability of specific tyre. Was informed that sales were busy and requested to leave name and number for a call back, which I did. Day and a half later still waiting. Have gone to a competitor who responded promptly and efficiently.

Online store - wrong goods delivered or misrepresented product description. No responses to numerous qeuries
Online order - goods wrongly described as "natural wooden frame" but steel frame delivered. Either wrong delivery or *********** miss-adverti*****t or *****. E-mails acknowledged but not dealt with; online form the same; impossible call centre as query option (5) does not function. Saga going on for 10 days now.
