Run, dont walk, RUN!
Beware of VIP Movers! Our experience with them after a house fire was an absolute nightmare. We entrusted them with our furniture in storage for over five years, only to have it vanish into thin air. To add insult to injury, when the supposed delivery finally arrived, it wasn't even our belongings. Instead, we received a pitiful assortment of broken trinkets that didn't belong to us. Despite paying hefty storage fees for an extended period, VIP Movers demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability. Their idea of compensation for losing our cherished possessions? A laughable 10,000, which doesn't even come close to covering the sentimental or monetary value of what we lost. Needless to say, we declined their insulting offer and much like our ENTIRE house contents, they vanished never to be heard from again despite multiple efforts. This disastrous experience occurred some years ago, but it's crucial to share our story. Unfortunately, our previous scathing review has mysteriously disappeared. Avoid VIP Movers at all costs – their incompetence and lack of responsibility are utterly unacceptable.
