Hello last week on the 10th I joined Virgin active red in Boksburg and on Wednesday when I went to shower I locked my things in the locker and to my surprise as I apply lotion and preparing I realised my weave and iphone17pro max were missing and the management is doing nothing regarding this. And the lady who works there is the one who said let me call your phone and by the way this is the lady who helps us sign in at the gym every morning and she booked me a class this day. I reported the matter at the police station and the police were not even surprised because they say it’s a normal thing there people always loose their things. Next day I get a strange call from someone claiming to be a police man and that I must unlock my phone and my question is where did this person get my number because my phone is locked and the only person who called my phone is the lady at the gym?? Till now I haven’t gotten any help from the management regarding this matter
Good day till to date Vodacom finance people haven’t resolved my matter from the 26th of May and there’s a new query of the 06 of June my transactions have been approved but are not showing into my acc and av been send from pillar to post no help at all. My money is still sitting with them and I don’t understand why they can’t just send my money because I have send through all the documents they required.
Good day I am a beauty salon owner who uses a Vodacom Vsp swooping machine.i have payments that don’t reflect into my acc and when i ask they keep telling me the matter hasn’t been resolved and this is two weeks already the amount was made on the 26 of May and the 06 of June. I have send emails and made several calls with no help at all.please assist
We have moved a unit two weeks ago and notified the services provider and to date we do not have internet connection. No matter how many times we have send emails and to this very moment we still do not have internet. We have called and to this moment no services restored to our unit. We have been send pillar to post and been promised technicians and managers. Nothing happened. Very frustrated customer
