Abebooks/World of Books have been struck of my list of suppliers!
Ordered the Methodist Music Book - paid a fortune and despite repeated attempts to contact - no book received. Now they say it's been too long for me to try to get a refund. What utter *******! Not a recommended supplier.

Not recommended
One star only because Zero-Rating not available. Charged a fortune, worked 4-5 hours a day, but finally finished the job. Leak worse than it was before they started. Reported (filled in paperwork), came to fix, still leaked. Came back to fix, leaks even more now. A month since reporting and all messages have been ignored. So much for a guarantee.

Recommended Solar Supplier and Installer
These guys are awesome. They spent the time to quote and make sure I understood everything. Then they arrived when they said they would - they did the work they said they would do - and they cleaned up after themselves. Seriously, what more could you want?
