AAA claims company has been taking me from pillar to post, since my accidental claim with them in September 2022. My claim was paid out out in 2022, and my recovery of the excess deducted of the payout of my claim was still in process. I was then advised by their consultant last year November that my recovery was finalised and I should send my banking details for a refund, I did as requested and to date nothing has been communicated with me, I make follow ups every week through phone calls and emails but there is no response from their consultants. I filed for a complaint and still nothing is happening.
