They take your money, don’t deliver the product and give you the run around with your refund. Almost 6 weeks after I placed an order for a bath / shower mixer - they failed to deliver and now are threatening me that if I keep on writing these reviews they will not refund me. Opening a fraud case against this company
These people are scammers. I ordered a bath mixer almost 2 months ago. They promised to deliver in a week from date of order. I have received story after story. I asked for my refund and they are now not taking my calls and emails are not being answered. What honour for these scammers if you are in the construction and decor sector.
Your customer service is shocking to say the least. How hard can it be to cancel a contract at the end of my cellphone contract term ? I have for more than a week been calling trying to get through to your cancellations department. Each time I call I am answered by scripted call centre agents who do not have the capacity to deal with any issue outside their script. Common sense fails to prevail at all levels. What is worse is that none of the 10 call centre agents I have spoken to are able to apply their minds to provide a solution – a solution which should be simple really and that is to reach the cancellations department! This is unfair practice by Cell C- when you are looking for new business, new contract sign ups and contract renewals you hound us through unsolicited and unwelcome telephone calls and yet you fail so dismally to professionally terminate a contract upon exipry. It seems as though this is a deliberate psychological game to avoid due contract terminations for your own UNDUE profit making because you make it so difficult for customers to access the terminations service which is our contractual RIGHT. Effectively you are denying me the RIGHT TO CHOOSE my association and dis-association. Your tactic of taking us through various connections when we dial 084 143 that always lead us back to customer care who EACH TIME requires one to authenticate herself is ridiculous and SUPER ANNOYING. I demand that my contract be terminated at the end of March 2019 and will bear no responsibility for costs beyond the cancellation period. I am ready to approach Consumer Protection in the event that in the next 24 hours my request has still not been finalised. Cancel my contract and migrate me to prepaid. SUPER SUPER ANNOYED PM
