SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I was also scammed like the countless people on here. Bought IBR sheets in September that never arrived. Called and sent countless emails to no avail. The company is registered under the name of a minor with CIPC! Phone numbers are not RICA'd! If anyone can share their depo address or any cell numbers and real names (doubt that Johan or Dennis are real names) it would help a great deal in getting lawyers and police involved. No way we can let these guys continue scamming South Africans out of their hard-earned money.

Scam Paid for Bosch Geyser, never received and no refund
I purchased a Bosch Gas geyser. They were the only one with stock. Should have been a red flag for me. No delivery and purchased in July 2021. Today is Oct 2021 I am always following up the refund but no money refunded. Full of stories. I have been scammed by this company they sold a product to me they never had for which I paid and now I can't get my money back.

FRAUDSTERS
On 18th August I paid R6395 for a Bestway swimming pool. They had constant excuses that the supplier was out of stock (yet when I called they advised there was stock). I was promised a full refund which I obviously did not receive. I've now opened a fraud case with the police which is currently under investigation.

Online Fraud maybe
30 August 2021 I purchase on line a PORTABLE POOL from this Company, 7 days delivery was promised. 2 weeks went by without receiving the Pool, then I called and was told there was a problem with the supplier of the Portable pools, and I would get a refund, several weeks went by and several emails asking about my refund (banking details were given too) and until today not a single email was replied to, nor my money received, please watch out for this Company, it seems their 087 number is not in operation even.

Haspex No Service No Responsibilities
We brought a swimming pool (BESTWAY FRAME POOL SET 6478L) and it's now almost a month and we keep calling and they keep telling us the pool is on it's way...and yet no pool ..NO SERVICE.. I have a Labrador she went for a operation and the pool was supposed to help with her recovery process. Her operation cost R80 000 with the pool not here that will be for nothing. Haspex this is totally unacceptable the worse I experienced in my life. YET THERE IS NO POOL NO SERVICE

Scammers - Do not trust this company !
They take your money, don’t deliver the product and give you the run around with your refund. Almost 6 weeks after I placed an order for a bath / shower mixer - they failed to deliver and now are threatening me that if I keep on writing these reviews they will not refund me. Opening a fraud case against this company
