UNHAPPY CLIENT
I signed up for a month to month contract with Axxess for Metrofibre & purchased 25mbps speed line for R525pm but my son said that is was constantly lagging when he played online games. I called Axxess & they advised that the line speed was too slow for online gaming. I then upgraded to 75mbps speed line and now paying R795pm & my son still says it is lagging. I have called them numerous times, they told me to test the line with the LAN cord, the speed test was on par with the 75mbps but started lagging & buffering again once no LAN cord is being used. I have tried cancelling due to unstable WI-FI and they have advised that I have to give 1 calendar month notice and pay a cancellation fee of R499 for cancelling within the first 6 months of their service. I was not advised about this as I thought it was a month to month contract. I am really unhappy with this whole set up and definitely would not recommend using Axxess as they are not willing to try negotiate to assist the client!

FRAUDSTERS
On 18th August I paid R6395 for a Bestway swimming pool. They had constant excuses that the supplier was out of stock (yet when I called they advised there was stock). I was promised a full refund which I obviously did not receive. I've now opened a fraud case with the police which is currently under investigation.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I am totally fed up and frustrated with Experian. All my debt was paid up in March and all other credit bureaus have update my status EXCEPT Experian. I have sent them numerous emails with my clearance certificate and paid up letters but nothing has changed on their system for more than 3 month. I have called them and just keep being kept on hold due to "high call volumes". I am trying to purchase a property but keep getting rejected because of this issue!!! I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT FURTHER TO DO!!!!!!
