Seems like they advertise products that is in stock, never to deliver and not planning on refunding you.
In January 2015 a technician came to fix the faulty SMEG dishwasher i bought in April 2014 , the dishwasher is still not fixed.<br> <br> 4 weeks ago, I put the Dishwasher on the 'Soak' function, and after the cycle finished, I put the Dishwasher on it's 'Ultra Clean' cycle/function. The soap tablet did not release, and therefore the dishes are not clean. And this is not the first time. The previous times I thought maybe it was due to the load-shedding, but this was clearly not the case last time nor the other cases.<br> <br> This is really frustrating, as you can understand. I am very disappointed in the product and what this product represents as a proudly SMEG Product.<br> <br> i asked they must advise what will be done in this regard.<br> <br> A Technician was there again, and will order a part, <br> Waiting for 3 weeks now, not using the machine. <br> <br> I have received i call from SMEG that says it is the eco function that is not a long enough interval, but i clearly stipulated in the above mail i sent, that it was on the ultra clean function as well.<br> <br> Still don't know what is going to happen.<br> <br> Paying nearly R6000 for this piece of rubbish. <br> <br> What can one do as i don't want this product! they should take it back.
