The lady by the name of Morategi provided excellent customer service she should be rewarded accordingly. She went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied in the service that she was going to provide. Keep up the good work.
Wow thats the word that comes mind about Moo Moos in Menlyn Park. The service was excellent, the food was served in under 10 mins even tho they were busy, The waiter were extremly friendly. This is a fine establishment and would highly recommend it. The menu has a wide variety to choose from. Would definitely be going there soon. Keep up the excellent service guys! We appreciate it.
This food is terrible and the service is pathetic. Wouldn't advise it to anybody. The management is also rude and arrogant service is pathetic.
I would love to give them half a star Makro SA & Hisense South Africa | Do Better. We reported an issue to Makro SA on the 28th of January regarding our Hisense front loader that was purchased in February last year. It took Hisense a week to get back to us. Finally when the technician was sent out on Tuesday the 06/02, he looked at the machine & just said that the detergent compartment was clogged which was causing a leak. I then explained that it over heats when doing a drum clean & starts to make a screeching sound, along with the foam & water leaking everywhere. He told me to video it & he will come back later that day if it does that. A few minutes after he left, it started to do that, which we then sent the videos to him & asked him to please come back & have a look. He advised that it sounds like the bearing & by Friday we would receive feedback - 09/02. No feedback was received on Friday the 09/02 as promised. He did not come back that day & furthermore, the lack of professionalism by Hisense to be sending out their technicians, with no uniform/ branded clothing to show that they are from the brand, is extremely concerning. This could’ve been a random person that came out, claiming that they’re from Hisense. I was not even given a job card to sign to show that they were sent out. Tomorrow is two weeks since we logged a complaint with Makro SA & my issue is still not resolved. For a machine that’s only 1 year old, and still fairly new, considering it gets used once a week - I am shocked that it needs repairs. Hisense has inconvenienced us & shown no professionalism whatsoever. I would never recommend this brand to anyone, & I will certainly not be purchasing any Hisense products again. As for Makro SA - I am still waiting for feedback regarding the escalation that was discussed on Thursday 08/02. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from both Makro & Hisense & hope that you do better for your customers because this is not it.
