Good day Hope this email finds you well .I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding the recent service I received for my car at Alberante . Unfortunately I am extremely dissatisfied with the result as there are noticeable patches of light silver and dark , creating different shades of silver on my vehicle . The colours do not match which is disappointing . I understand that I have previously expressed my concerns about the vehicle, and I was informed that Hollard did me a favor by approving it despite the fact that their assessor informed Alberante that my vehicle had been worked on by someone else. I want to emphasize that my car was bought brand new in March of 2023, and any previous repairs were carried out by Renew it Sandton under CIB. Subsequently, I switched to Inscon Hawkins, who later transferred me to Hollard. In December of that year, my car was maliciously damaged, resulting in scratches throughout the vehicle. Considering the time that has passed since the incidents, including the Christmas and Easter holidays, I am disappointed with the way Hollard has handled these matters. I find it difficult to comprehend why I would lie about my vehicle, especially when it appears that Hollard believes they are doing me a favor by simply requesting Alberante to polish it. This situation has caused me significant stress and has negatively impacted my experience as an insured customer with Hollard. I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate actions be taken to rectify the issues with my car. I value my investment and would like it to be restored to its original condition. Please ensure that this email is directed to the appropriate individuals who can address my concerns promptly. Good day My vehicle was damaged due to Malicious damage . Lusindiso came through to asses my vehicle in January . They then sent my vehicle to John Morrison , whom did a terrible Job on my vehicle , twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then refused to take it back there . Erick came to view my vehicle , and told me that finishes were not done on vehicle , i then took vehicle through to Alberante who saw the damages that John Morrison did to my vehicle , they then declined additions that Alberante is seeing on vehicles due the damages caused by Johnmorrison . Lusindiso . Can Hollard put me in the same financial position i was in ! This is getting tiring . There are plenty of social media places and radios i will go to !

Today i went to collect my vehicle , and to my surprise the vehicle is dirty and has acquired more dents , it looks like it was rained on my mud and hail . The badge was still damaged , the paint job was terrible , it has stones inside the paint . I'm beyond frustrated , they don't even bother to keep me updated My vehicle was maliciously damaged and the Hollard assessor only cared about saving the company and not putting me in the same financial situation as i was before the incident .
