DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO
DO NOT ORDER VIA MAKRO ONLINE. THE SUPPLIER DID NOT HAVE STOCK AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME THE MONEY OR PROVIDE AN UPDATE AS TO WHY THEY CANNOT. THE SUPPLIER IS CHANGING DAILY ON THEIR SITE WHICH HONESTLY MAKES ME FEEL LIKE IT IS ****. RATHER TAKE YOUR WELL EARNED MONEY AND SPEND IT ON TAKEALOT, WHERE YOU GET FEEDBACK AND CAN TRACK YOUR PARCEL FROM START TO FINISH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT CANNOT ESCALATE AN ORDER TO BE CANCELLED AFTER 10 DAYS!!

Worst.
Honestly one of the worst experiences with this estate management. I don’t think I ever once felt heard or points taken into account. Seems more like you’re a nuisance to them.

Highly Impressed!
Madela Goodman assisted me so efficiently in registering my pets on OnePlan Pet Insurance. He was so patient, friendly and quick. I have been with OnePlan Medical Insurance for a good few months now and I can honestly say they are absolutely incredible. They call you back within minutes and their WhatsApp support is also amazing! Do yourself a favour and use them! They are cost effective, have great customer support and are alwaya eager for feedback.
