Paid for lounge access for two when I bought my tickets online. When we got to the airport, we were told the airline does not offer the service despite them charging it. Been struggling to get a refund because they do not reply to my emails.
I recently did my license disc via the app on the 28th April 2025. Week later, I haven’t received my disc. The delivery company does not pickup calls and their warehouse is abandoned. When I track it, it says it’s been out for delivery since 02 May 2025 and i’m not available when they call me but they have never called. The money was deducted from my account but I am the one inconvenienced now. I’m never trusting Capitec with my money anymore. The Capitec call centre is also not helpful.
