On behalf of my company Akalali Productions pty Ltd, we have provided a service for ehlanzeni Tvet college by supplying 200x cases of 500ml bottled water to the institution, we made delivery on 10/04/2024, we were told payment would take 30 days but till this day there has been no payment from the institution. We have been sending enquiries regarding this but there has been no clear response or any update, it has been more than 40 days since delivery
Till this day my account is on negative balance due to yout lack of security systems regarding this unauthorised toll gate transactions, i have reported and action was only taken on few transactions, kindly review my bank statement and make necessary corrections, i cannot be on -R2696 for toll gate transactions i did not authorise, why is it such a mission to rectify my account? It’s been a month already and i have been sending emails. I AM RESORTING TO CLOSING ALL ACCOUNTS AS SOON AS I OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS WITH STANDARD BANK, this is really absurd!!! I cannot be fighting with toll gates but i can definitely fight with those who are in control of my money, i can no longer transact on my personal account due to this nonsense, why am i not being prioritised? God Damnit!!!
It is with great anger i am writing about the same company and the same problem again, with ReferenceRq2404013837 i have reported on the 01/04 that there has been *****ulent transactions on my card from certain toll gates, i lost my card yes but no one knows my pin nor does it tap, the reason i had delayed doing a new card was because i had the virtual card which is also easy to use, by losing the card im not saying im careless cause it might have been really ****** by this tollgate syndicates… I informed the consultant over the phone that there were transactions going off from my account at certain toll gates whereas i am not at the toll gate and i don’t know where my card is since it wasn’t with me at the moment however it is quite shocking because on the previous case it was my business account where someone got hold of my old business card which was blocked and had a new one with me so i am very buffled as to how fnb allows such ***** , worst part my cards do not tap im failing to understand what is really going on, so the lady says its the toll gate system they using that allows it but they will do something for it not to further transact but guess what? Even after reporting transactions have went through, today is the 23rd it has been more than 7 days of the investigation, don’t even know why theres long investigations knowing very well clients have been suffering from this, my bank account is on -R6988 as we speak for money i did not use, for cards fnb has failed to secure even when blocked, FNB is for the pits i tell you, all you care about is profits and never putting your clients 1st, why should i suffer on something i have no control of? You create the cards, you bank my money so what is the delay on my refund?
Truly ironic but i need to share my story nonetheless Our money is not safe with this bank, lost my business card lastyear 03 June and i blocked it the next day, took me time to apply for a new one which i eventually did, then boom on the 26/01/2024 im seeing unauthorised toll gate transactions on my account and i immediately called ***** line, i was told this transactions were made with my previous card, i nearly fainted as i asked the consultant how is that possible cause my card is at home I don’t usually carry it around and since i had blocked that old card how is it possible it can still work? How can a new card be granted while the old one would still be working even after blocking it? I am seriously torn apart to think so much money has gone out of my account without my consent, the way i trusted fnb especially with their high profile technology i’m still in disbelief that this transpired, i am told to wait 7 days for the investigation, what is there to wait for? The bank should do the investigation but immediately refund all my money back since this is not anyone’s fault but the bank itself, if there was a loophole then they should’ve seen it earlier and tightened the security system unless it’s an inside job or something, this is totally unacceptable and unexplainable, we thought capitec was not safe but it way better than FNB, i am definitely moving all my accounts from this bank and i am definitely taking this further so much money invested in vain, i work with clients i need to deliver services i cannot wait for 7 days for God knows what and how do i deliver without money you were supposed to protect?i am taking the legal route as well, something is definitely not adding up with this bank, the world needs to know such things are happening we cant keep protecting an image that doesn’t protect us as clients yet they charge tremendous prices every day every hour on our accounts!!! FNB Case #2024-2531523. ***** case acknowledged. Case will now be assigned to an investigator. Your ***** case is important to us. I am livid!!!
