So Jacaranda FM did a survey a while back to hear what the listeners want and everyone was truly convinced that things would change for the better....A few months later and absolutely nothing has changed, still the same playlist repeating the dame songs over and over every single day. The only thing that really changes is the top song every few weeks that gets slaughtered untill everyone eventually hates it and then it still gets played for a while after. Ads are still blood boilingly irritating and feels almost forced down your throat with how much they are played. So Jacaranda has not changed even a little bit. Still the same problems as almosy every complaint here states.
I have lost money now more than once due to "technical errors" and Betways Tc&Cs to not get your money back due to errors on their app. YOU lose money because of THEIR errors and it's YOUR problem. Would not recommend
So i have received an sms that my August payment bounced, it was paid and i received an sms that payment was received. September bounced again and i then received an sms that i am behind on both months?? I then made payment and send proof of both, i then received an sms 2 days later saying my debit order is removed and i will pay an R18 admin fee untill reinstated. Teljoy admin is the most *********** i have ever come across.
All was going good until i realized i was being charged an extra club fee which i never gave permission for. I sent an email and asked them to cancel this extra fee and credit my next payment with the money already taken. They said shap. Surprise Surprise, next month exactly the same amount was taken. Sent an email, nothing. Sent a follow up email and received a call during working hours and asked to call back at 1. Surprise surprise, never received that call and still waiting on my reply email. The people talking to you on the mails are also not very professional, feels like talking to a sibling, only using one liners .
Never had one problem, speed is never an issue and i am very satisfied.
Got a whatsapp a few days before debit order that my premium is double what i usually paid! When i contacted them after struggling for a while with the website chat that keeps on kicking you out, i was told i received an email informing me of the increase and i had to accept same. I never received said email or confirmed any increas. They don't call you back when requested and have a million excuses regarding your membership. Bonitas will be receiving my support after they are done *****ing the last of my money.
