Absolutely disgusting service from incredible connection gateway. I purchased a TCL tv in December 2023, a month later the sound stops working, after taking the TV back in store as it came with a 3 year warranty, i had to wait 1 month for repairs to be done. After taking the TV back from repair it worked for only 1 day. It’s time consuming to go back and fourth with this company. It’s frustrating to think you pay so much for a product only to be disappointed. This occurred at The Branch located at Gateway Mall in Durban Disappointed with both the TV Brand and Store
What an embarrassment of an establishment Booked in my 65inch Sony T.V in November of 2023 after numerous calls all they could say is they can not find the spares for the T.V eventually got tired and picked it up in January to Try a new technician The new technician found the spares in a matter of 2 days Parts fitted only to find a crack on the screen These guys have no order and are the most unorganised fools I’ve ever seen Before you book any of your appliances with them please go and visit their embarrassment of an office which is better to be called a ***sty which includes the most stuck up stuff members you will ever come across They have job cards pilling up, TVs stacked everywhere it’s basically a s**** yard in a office Please don’t even consider these guys as your will just waste your time and money THEY ARE ABSOLUTE *******S WHO SHOW NO PROFESSIONALISM
