Active since Feb 2024
14 days later and I still haven't received my order nor any communication from Michael Kors. I can't even trace my order. So disappointed!
MBD called me on the 1st of February advising me that my Virgin Active account has been handed over to them for collection, however, on the 2nd of February Virgin Active sent me a text message that read: "Virgin Active: Please accept our apologies. You may have been contacted by our external Collections agency. This was in error, please ignore." I have been trying to follow-up with both parties regarding this but to this day, no luck. The reference that I was given by Virgin Active is 51189878. Now since MBD does not respond to emails, and their phone line keeps on saying their offices are closed, I'd like for them to confirm if they still have my account open on their end, or if indeed this was a mistake from Virgin Active. Thier poor customer service is on steroids!!!
In May 2022 I cancelled my membership, and Virgin Actived said I still owed them money, which I paid and sent my bank statements as per their request. Last week I received a call from MDB telling me that I owe Virgin Active R2400. I sent them proof that I cancelled my membership, no one responded, I even followed up 3 times after sending proof that I cancelled my membership and still no response. Today I got another call from MDB telling me that I'm going to be blacklisted if I do not pay the R2400 that Virgin Active South Africa claims I owe. This is so frustrating as I have sent emails and calls to multiple people at Virgin Active, even went to the Northridge Mall Branch in Bloemfontein, still no assistance. It's very sad that I'm now being threatened with blacklisting if I do not pay the money that I do not even owe. Virgin Active has to be stopped!!!
